Guaranteed tailwind due to two fixed time installations on the sprint track, moderation, music, prize money in selected disciplines.
Warm-up area in case of bad weather in the athletics hall.

The maximum number of athletes per age group is listed in brackets for each discipline:
1st series (S1) – preliminary program; 2nd series (S2) – main program.
Please specify the series (S1 or S2) for which the registration is made and please specify also your best time 2018/19 for all jumping and running competitions, which is decisive for setting the starting fields. The organizer reserves the right to close the starting fields prematurely.

The organizer reserves the right to adjust these norms.
Registration card / Athletes information point:
All international athletes participating at the 2nd International Pader-Athletics-Meeting will get their start numbers at the international athletes information point.
After collecting the start numbers and registration cards athletes have to go to the athletes information point to return their registration card.
Important: The registration cards have to be returned until 60 minutes before the start of the competition.

The organizer accepts no liability for accidents, theft or other damages.

Data protection:
With the registration, the club declares that it and the registered athletes agree to the storage of personal data and also that the competition data will be published in entry lists, competition reports, result lists and press reports, also electronically. The publication takes place on the Internet pages www.lcpaderborn.de, www.padermeeting.de, www.leichtathletik.de www.flvw.de, www.flvwdialog.de, as well as under www.laportal.net.
Furthermore, it will be published on the social media pages of the Leichtathletik-Club Paderborn e.V..
Furthermore, an electronic transmission to the DLVnet of the German Athletics Association e.V. takes place. (DLV) with the aim of creating the German List of Best Athletes as well as the List of Best Athletes at club and regional association level and the electronic transmission to the results portal www.leichtathletik-datenbank.de.
In addition, the club / athlete declares by submitting the notification that the data stated in the registration form as well as photos, film footage or photomechanical reproductions made during the event will be used by the organizer and third parties such as media and sponsors without any compensation claims on the part of the respective participant.
Honors:
The prize money will be awarded according to the year and the corresponding competition class. Prerequisite for the payment of the prize money is the achievement of the minimum requirements in the respective discipline.
Honars will only be awarded in selected disciplines of the main program.
Notice that for foreign athletes (not based in Germany) 15,825 % of income tax will be deducted from the prize money amounts according to the german tax rules.
